Modern design
The on-site offices have a modern design that provides the user with a professional workspace. Different color palettes are implemented to create a modern and at the same time calming environment. The simple design makes it possible to create a modular work environment that fits well to the wishes of the customer.

Easy assembly
The modularity of the design makes it easy for SeOnS to (dis)assemble the units in an efficient way. The design contains multiple identical parts and is connected via a general click system.

Maintenance and cleaning
A big advantage of hiring on-site offices via SeOnS are the services that come with them. One of those services is maintenance and cleaning. On-site on of our concierges will be present to make sure the on-site offices are kept maintained. Regular cleaning happens as well by the company, how often depends on the extensiveness of the provided on-site offices.
Sound insulation
Within the units a modern interior design is established. One of the elements of the interior design are the dampening sound panels, of which multiple designs are available. The dampening panels provide a quiet working space and allow people to have meetings in adjacent rooms.
Next to panels, every room will be provided with a tupe trap, a device that damps low frequency sound energy with the goal of attaining a flatter low frequency response [1]. This will improve sound quality during meetings.
Digital environment
To optimize user experience every room is provided with a built-in tablet. It contains all necessary elements to control the work environment, shown in the video on the right.
The climate of the room can be controlled; its humidity, temperature, light intensity and light color. Next to that, a smart room booking service is implemented via which employees can book rooms and ask other employees to join meetings. This will give all the employees a good overview of the availability of the rooms, increasing efficiency.
Food delivery services are linked to the tablet as well, they will deliver to the units when employees order. Office supplies can be ordered as well. The on-site concierge has some supplies on stock, but there is always the possibility of delivering more supplies by a carrier.
Cleaning- & maintenance schedules are provided, as well as an option to get in touch with the helpdesk.

Interior design
The interior will be provided with the on-site offices as well, as an additional service. By doing this the interior will have the same professional appearance as the on-site offices (see image), but it is also more convenient to rent the on-site offices and the furniture all in one go.
In the illustrations an impression of the inside of the on-site offices is given. The basic pieces of furniture are desks, tables, chairs, couches, whiteboards, carpets, lamps, trash cans, cabinets and wood walls. Plisse curtains are attached to the windows providing privacy, while still lettingthrough light. A waterproof option is available as well in the form of window stickers for toilets or behind the kitchen counter [2]. Different options are available for the company to pick from to ensure everyone's wishes are fulfilled. The furniture is designed, manufactured and delivered by SeOnS.
